The water is checked at our water desalination plants, it is again checked when it reaches our storage reservoirs located within the rock at the Waterworks. It is checked again before it is supplied into our service reservoirs (from where supplies are continually provided to customers taps).

21 June 2017 - Service Availability Information - Salt Water Interruption Tomorrow

AquaGibIn order to enable Aquagib Ltd, to carry out scheduled improvements on the Salt Water distribution network, the supply to the following areas will be cut off on Thursday 22nd June 2017 from 9.00am to 5.30pm

21 June 2017 - Service Availability Information - Seawater Supply Interruption

13 June 2017 - Service Availability Information - MOD Potable Water Interruption Today

AquaGibDue to a fault in the Ministry of Defence’s Potable Water distribution system there has been an interruption of the potable water supply to AquaGib customers supplied via the MOD water system in the following areas.

Winston Churchill Avenue, Four Corners, British Lines Road, Eroski and Western Beach

The supply is expected to be reconnected as from 1.00 pm on 13 June 2017.

AquaGib regrets the inconvenience caused to our customers following this breakdown in the MOD potable water system.

26 May 2017 - Service Availability Information - Emergency Salt and Potable Water Interruption On Sunday

AquaGibEmergency works are to be undertaken on the potable water and sea water distribution networks on Sunday 28 May 2017, in conjunction with road works being undertaken by Technical Services Department in the area.

The supply of potable water will be interrupted during the course of the early afternoon between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm.

In addition the sea water supply will be interrupted, for a period not exceeding four hours, following the reinstatement of the potable water supply. The areas affected are as follows:
